職場から紹介されたいくつかの物件の中にライツアパートメントがあり入居を決めました。
お部屋の景色がとてもよく、明るかった点が気に入りました。実際に住み始めてみると各フロア毎にいろいろな共用スペースがある点が気に入っています。
また職場からも近く、アクセスも良かったことも決め手となりました。

When I saw the pictures of the room I saw that the view was very broad and the room was very lightful and for me that was very important. And then when I saw the common space, there were different common spaces and it really convinced me to come and check the place. And it was very good when I visited as well. Also it was very close to my work and very well-connected so that made me decide to move in.

たくさんありますが、まずは個室スペースがしっかりと確保されており、共用スペースは住人のみんなと過ごすことができる点です。共用スペースは住人同士で時間を共有したり、交流を深めたりしたいときに利用していますね。
みんなとても親切でやさしく、日本語でのコミュニケーションが難しい時には英語でもたくさん助けてくれます。1人で過ごしたいときは、自分の部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができるのもいいですね。

近隣には公園もたくさんあるので、毎週違う公園に走りに行っています。 また交通アクセスもよく、阪急千里線と大阪モノレールの2路線が利用可能です。

お部屋では家具のレンタルも可能なので、(注：オプションでのご案内となります)ベッドなどの家具を購入しなくても良いのはとても便利です。あとは共用部にキッチン用品、食器、調理家電などは全て揃っているので、購入する必要がないのも助かりました。

敷地内にはジムもあって、私はまだ行っていませんが近くにあると嬉しいですよね。 ジムの近くにはコンビニもあるので食材がすぐに調達できるので便利です。 屋根付きの駐輪場も利用ができる点や、共用スペースの清掃サービスがとてもありがたいです。

There are a lot of good points.
You have your own space in your room and then you can share spaces in the common areas, so you can choose when you want to share time with people and have social interaction.
People are very kind, nice and helpful. They help me a lot with English trying to let me understand Japanese.
You can also go to your room if you prefer to be in your own space.And then it’s very well-connected.

It has the connection to Hankyu and Osaka monorail. Also I like that there are a lot of parks so you can go running in different parks. You can choose a different park every week, that is very good.

Also there is the option to rent furniture. And there is kitchenware, dishes and things to cook to share so you don’t need to buy them.

There is a gym very close. I don’t use it but I know a lot of people like the gym. There is a convenience store just under the apartment. It makes it very fast when you need some ingredients very quickly.
Bike parking is also very useful. It can protect the bike. And the cleaning!! Cleaning service for the common space is really good .

6階は日の出も見えて景気が良いので朝食を食べる際にとても気に入っています。私は4階に住んでいますが、他のフロアの共用スペースもいつでも利用できるのも良いですね。
リモートワークにも最適な環境で、時には住人と一緒に仕事をすることもあります。 例えば「2時に2階で会いましょう！」と言って2階に行ったり、時には6階に行ったりして一緒に仕事をしています。

料理などはいつも4階でしていますが、他のフロアを使用することもありますよ。週末などはそれぞれのフロアで集まって食事をしたりパーティーが開かれていることもあり、家族のように過ごしています。
フロアによっても雰囲気は少し違っていて、5階と6階は共用フロアが階段でつながっているので一緒に集まることが多いかもしれません。3階は学生が多くて4階は女性専用フロアということもありとても落ち着いていて、それもまた好きです。

I really like the sixth floor to have breakfast on the sixth floor because you can see the sunrise and it’s a higher point. I live on the 4th floor but we can use common spaces on other floors whenever we want. Sometimes if I need to work from home, it’s useful too.
We can share working time with flatmates sometimes. We say ‘let’s meet at two on the second floor!’ and then work together so we go sometimes to the second floor and sometimes to the 6th floor. I always cook on the 4th floor but sometimes if we want to change place we work on other floors.

– So you know people on all floors!
Yes, they have dinner or parties at different times, so sometimes they have parties on the 6th floor, and also parties on the 2nd floor. It’s like different families.

– Seems like there is a different atmosphere depending on the floors.
Yes. I think so. People on the fifth and sixth floors, I think they like parties even more and then on the third floor maybe there are more students and I think the 4th floor is very calm and I like it.

1つは南千里公園にあるイタリアンレストラン「バードツリー」です。お店はたくさんの光が灯っていてとても綺麗です。特に夏はテラスもあるのでとてもいい雰囲気で、窓がたくさんあるので冬もとても素敵です。

There is a favorite Italian restaurant in Minami Senri park. It’s very beautiful it has a lot of lights .It’s called bird-tree. It had very nice atmosphere especially in summer since it has a terrace . But it’ also nice in winter because it has a lot of windows.

居酒屋もいくつかあります。 ライツアパートメントから10分ほど歩いたところにある「磯一」というお店がおすすめです。料理がとても美味しく、住人のみんなと楽しい時間を過ごしています。週末は「今日は金曜日だ、のみいくぞ！」と声を掛け合って飲みに行くことも多いです。

There is also some Izakaya. You need to walk for like 10 minutes but they are nice. It’s called Isoich. It was very nice and we had a lot of fun there. I have gone several times with flatmates. Sometimes they say ‘ok it’s Friday, let’s go!’

色んなフロアの住人とも交流できるように共用スペースで仕事をしたり、自由な時間を過ごすことをお勧めします。
お部屋については光が入ってほしい時間に応じて部屋を選ぶこともおすすめです。ライツアパートメントのお部屋は東向きと西向きがありますが、東向きのお部屋は午前中に太陽が差し込んで光がたくさん入り、西向きのお部屋は夕日が見えて素敵です。

I will recommend them to spend time on the shared space so they can meet people from different floors.
And maybe they can choose the room depending on the moment they want more light. In the side facing the east, the sun comes in the morning so if you want more sunny in the morning it’s better you choose the room there. There is a lot of light so if you like it is good but if you don’t like it lightful in the morning, you should take the westside and you have the sunset.
